Great location just beside the tram station. Not inside the ZTL. Available car parking for hotel residents. Clean rooms. Tiny fitness room (Only 3 cardio machines and a dumbbell rack up to 10 kg.. lol) but at least it’s there.

You will suffer from outside noise, especially from ambulance sirens.

Beautiful hotel

The property was beautiful. It had a good breakfast as well.

The rude and dismissive guy at checkin. We had a 2am checkin and had kept the hotel up to date on our late arrival. But if you’re on night shift you should still be welcoming and behave well; it’s no excuse to be poorly behaved and rude.

Very nice hotel with great employees and a short trnsportation with trams to the center.

Stuff was very helpful and sweet as we travelled with a baby.

It's notNot a huge hotel, but has the facilities that I need though.

Impressively approachable staff! Excellent location with public transportation station and a huge supermarket. It's an old hotel, but it seems managed in a good way.

The room is quite a bit tiny.

excellent value for money

Great location for the tram, 1.70euro into florence and ticket machine at tram stop. Hotel was lovely and spacious, good quality products in room. We didnt eat there. Large supermarket at the back. Easy to park at hotel, Tram took 10 mins to centre of florence

no outdoor space which is a shame in the summer when you may want to sit out.

Fair quality for a expensive hotel.

Free parking available is a plus. I could leave my car during the day and take the public transport (there is a station right in front) to tourist the city center.

They asked me to remove my car from the parking. The main reason I chose this hotel was the parking.

Great location, Great breakfast. Sadly we couldn’t control the heat .

The position of the hotel perfect to get into the center by tram.

Very good option if you want to be close to the airport and the center of the city

The location is fantastic. You can get to the hotel by taking the tram and in a matter of 10 minutes tops you'll be there. Also, the tram has a stop right in front of the hotel which makes things very easy for all guests that want to move around the city. The personnel is very attentive and kind. The rooms are also very nice and comfortable.

I feel the hotel's infrastructure is a little old and not in a "classic way" but in the real sense of really old. For instance, the elevator does not seem quite as nice as the rest of the hotel and makes some sounds that might scare some guests. I feel the prices are a little elevated if I take into consideration the relation quality-price.

Great one night stay

Great location for an overnight stay between the airport and the train station. Easily accessible via the T2 tram. Nice room and comfortable bed. We dined in the restaurant downstairs and the service was very good, as was the food and reasonable price. We recommend this hotel!

Highly recommend the stay

Excellent location, just opposite tram line 2. The same T2 to get to the hotel from the airport and to get to the centre of Florence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, luxurious and extremely clean.

My colleagues tried the breakfast and weren't very impressed.
